We're so welcomed here. We stayed here last year and we recommended to our friends for this year and we joined them for their last couple days. We just love it here. Everything about this place is great. The hotel ground is huge where you can enjoy the walk around the resort. The pool is massive. The beach is beautiful. We got a complimentary upgrade to the beach villa and it's absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

WHAT DO SANTIBURI GUESTS SAY?
Our 4th holiday to Santiburi now as a family and it continues to excel. The facilities are fantastic, but what really sets them apart are the staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Hope to make it next year.
Just spent a fantastic week here with our two teenage children. We had 2 duplex rooms (we were upgraded from one 2 bedroom duplex room on arrival) rather than the garden villas which were very lovely with views over the pool. The hotel is immaculate and we couldn't believe it wasn't brand new. The setting is beautiful and the pool and beach areas are probably the best we've ever experienced. The sea was so calm so perfect for families and the pool is huge so there was never a problem getting sunbeds. The customer service was top notch too. We did think the hotel's restaurant were pricey so we ate at the local restaurants of which there are many just near the hotel. Great place all round. Would definitely go back.
Great resort for a family. Excellent service. Stayed in adjoining garden villas which were great for a family of 5 with young kids. Beach and pool fabulous. Hotel restaurants good if a little expensive relative to other local places. Other good restaurants in short walking or taxi distance. Rented a car for a day to see rest of island which was great.
Excellent, excellent service, best service we got on the island. Everyone went out of there way to service us. Beautiful villa with great amenities, beautiful beach. Would love to stay there again. They spray twice a week non toxic, so there are minimal mosquitos which I loved. Beautilful spa with great massages.
Wonderful villa, beautiful territory, beautiful beach, perfect cooking. Very attentive personal. Perfect 5-star hotel. Here you would swim normally during low tide. Sea all around Samui, including Santibyry is calm with no waves. You could also find shops and other restaurants nearby.
The most high quality resort we have ever stayed at. Amazing service and fabulous views! The breakfast was awesome and very robust. Also the massages on site were great. I would absolutely recommend this!
This is a relatively old review as we came here in May, and I’ll confess we won a holiday here so I can’t really comment much on accommodation prices. All through our short stay the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The stuff they’ll do for you is virtually unlimited. Sometimes, as a Brit abroad I felt a little guilty about the things the staff would do, however it’s very much a Thai thing is strong standards of service so my advice is let them. We stayed in one of the Garden DeLuxe pool villas and it was stunning. It was bigger than my house with a bed so large that my fiancée and I could have had a large argument and still shared a bed together :). The restaurant, Sala Thai, is beautiful, if you can get on the balcony terrace I would recommend it. There are plenty cheaper restaurants in and around Samui but their food was out of this world, and in a country that prides itself on its food that’s quite an achievement. For those, like myself, who are rather averse to spicy food beware, Thai food is SPICY. You can ask for not much spice but it can still blow your mind, however the staff did teach me how to enjoy spicy food at their levels and do you know what? I did! I went out a mild curry guy and came back with the full enjoyment of food that I would have normally not gone near. The resort included free sea canoeing and sailing, we got a Thai massage and a Thai cookery lessons… oh the cookery lesson, we were expecting to watch a couple of chefs cook some food and talk about it, but no… the hotel chef guided us through each recipe as we cooked and served it to ourselves, and it was 3 courses and coffee as well. It didn’t scrimp at all. We came here a few months before our wedding and we fell in love with both the place and the staff. We’re saving up to come back for our 5th anniversary. A great tip I picked up along the way is learn a little bit of Thai language, it will change your holiday massively for the better. Even if all you can say is thank you the Thais really appreciate anyone who tries with their language. Also, you’re very hard to find an English speaker on Samui, the Thais will try to speak English but be prepared for some communication barriers and make the most of it, both of you trying to speak each other’s languages is fun and we really enjoyed teaching each other each other’s languages. In summary Santiburi is not cheap, but you definitely do get what you pay for and if you can afford to go you really should. I was heartbroken to leave.
the hotel is ideally located, on the most beautiful beach of the island - villas are spread over an exotic park, well hidden from each other. service is wonderful. staff were really great with kids - everything is made to ease a family stay.
Stayed at the Santiburi Beach Resort and had a fantastic time; staff were some of the most efficient and friendly we have ever come across - nothing was too much trouble; pool and beach areas were great - loved the hammocks; Beach Hut Restaurant has some varied menus in a lovely setting. Buffet breakfast had a super choice of hot and cold dishes with juice made freshly for you as you wait. Massages at the Spa were so good whole family went back for another in the same week. Only two minor gripes - too many people get to the beach early [before breakfast] - reserve theirs places then turn up couple of hours later; some not at all - if you don't want to play this game as we didn't then you have limited choice of beds in the shade which with the strong sun is useful! Not much the hotel can do other than refuse guests who reserve and then leave the area as they are so focussed on providing great customer service - difficult to say no. Secondly good red wine does not need to be chilled as it was in the bar but this maybe this is personal choice. Would recommend this place without fail - try it you will not be disappointed.
